When a new baby is born, a group of volunteer ladies from CCG offer to provide a week's worth of meals (every other day) to the family. The ladies are notified of the "new arrival" over email from the church office, and then assigned meal dates/times who then make arrangements personally with the family to provide a meal. Additionally, in case of death of a CCG regular attendee (or very close connection to regular attendee), church volunteers provide a meal before or after the funeral service on the day of burial.
